You can take the following steps to reestablish a connection. 

1. Check if your thermostat is receiving power - try to change the temperature up or down.
2. Verify that your router and home WiFi network are working and have an internet connection - try to view a webpage.

3. Try resetting your thermostat with the following steps:

  • Remove the thermostat faceplate by pulling it off the wall.
  • Wait 15 seconds.
  • Return the thermostat faceplate to its seated position.

If the thermostat is still blank, contact support at the support number or email listed in the app under the settings.
