Portal Home Page Says "Not Connected"? - S100
If your smart thermostat app or web portal says "Not Connected", this means that your thermostat has lost its connection to the service. You can take the following steps to reestablish a connection:
1. Check if your thermostat is receiving power - try to change the temperature up or down.
- If the thermostat does not have power, please troubleshoot
with “Fix a Blank Thermostat”
2. Verify that your router and home WiFi network are working and have an internet connection - try to view a webpage.
3. Try resetting your thermostat with the following steps:
- Remove the thermostat faceplate by pulling it off the wall.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Return the thermostat faceplate to its seated position.
If the thermostat is still blank, contact support at the support number or email listed in the app under the settings.
