"Thermostat is Not Installed" message? - S100

If you receive a message showing "Thermostat is Not Installed", follow these steps to try and solve the problem.
  1. If the thermostat is pending installation or the installation is currently in progress, please check your account after the thermostat is connected and installed.
  2. If the thermostat has recently been installed, wait five (5) minutes if your account has not yet been updated.
  3. Contact Customer Care at support@thesimple.com for assistance if you are still having problems.
