My thermostat won't register. - S100

If your device doesn't register on its first attempt:

(1) On your thermostat:
  1. Press the MENU button (three lines).
  2. Press the down key three times to get to Install
  3. Press MODE (circle button)
  4. Press MODE again, wait for it to say the install code and flash back to INST CODE, twice.
  5. Press the MENU button three times to return to the base screen.
  6. Click register on the web-page.
(2) If it doesn't register again, try:
  1. Press the pinhole reset button (in the center of the vents on top of the thermostat).
  2. Once the thermostat has reset and re-connected to wifi, click register on the web-page.
(3) If that still doesn't work, try:
  1. Press the pinhole reset button again.
  2. Once the thermostat has reset and re-connected to wifi, press the menu button (three lines).
  3. Press the down key three times to get to Install
  4. Press MODE (circle button)
  5. Press MODE again, wait for it to say the install code and flash back to INST CODE, twice.
  6. Press the MENU button three times to return to the base screen.
  7. Click register on the web-page.
(4) If that still doesn't work, try step (2) one more time:
  1. Press the pinhole reset button (in the center of the vents on top of the thermostat).
  2. Once the thermostat has reset and re-connected to wifi, click register on the web-page.
If the device still fails to register, contact support at the support number or email listed in the app under the settings.
