How do I contact Customer Care?
Follow the steps below to email Customer Care from your mobile device or desktop application:
- Select the 'Menu' icon (it looks like three stacked lines) in the upper lefthand corner.
- Select "Account" from the lefthand navigation.
- Scroll down to the "Support" section.
- Click on "Email us ..." which will launch your email client.
- Enter a subject and details of the question you have or the issue you are experiencing.
- Click on "Send" and your email will be submitted to the Customer Care team.
