Portal home page says "Not Connected"?

If the portal says "Not Connected", this means that your thermostat has lost its connection to the service.   You can take the following steps to reestablish a connection.

You will need to be at home to fix a disconnected thermostat. 

      Follow these steps to reconnect a thermostat:

Locate the gateway; this is a small black or white box that says “Digi” and should be located near your modem and router. 

1.     Unplug the black power cord. 

2.     Wait 10-30 seconds and plug the power cord back into the gateway.

This should reboot the gateway and restore your connection.  After 5-10 minutes check your energy account website to see if the green “Online” icon is on the “Home” page.
