As with any loss of power
in your home, your heating and cooling system will most likely not be operational. When
power is restored, you may need to restart your Digi gateway, which is plugged
into your router. Unplug the black power cord for 2-minutes, and then plug the
power cord back into the gateway. Next, wait 5-minutes before checking the
portal for all green lights. If your system is still not functioning, please
call Customer Care.
