The flashing red LED on
the thermostat indicates that the thermostat is disconnected from the network.
The problem can often be corrected by rebooting the gateway. The gateway is
plugged into your router. Simply unplug the black power cord for 2 minutes,
then wait 5 minutes after plugging back in before checking the portal for all
green lights. If your system is still not functioning, please call Customer
Care.
