Change the date and time of my thermostat

EcoFactor enabled thermostats that are online receive a date and time synchronization every night.  If your thermostat is offline, the sync will not be able to occur because we cannot communicate with your thermostat. Once you re-establish a connection, the thermostat will automatically update that night.

·       If the thermostat does not update automatically overnight, contact Customer Care for assistance.
