How do I set heating or cooling mode?

Choosing the correct thermostat mode is important in determining that the system reaches your desired temperature.  The steps for changing the mode setting are below:

·       Log into your energy account 

·       Make sure you are on the Home page

·       The mode you are currently in will be highlighted

·       To change to heating mode, click on “heat” 

·       To change to cooling mode, click on “cool”

·       Once selected, your new mode is automatically saved
