Switch the Fan Mode

The thermostat has two options for Fan operation:

  • FAN AUTO - The fan operates automatically as necessary with your HVAC mode and temperature settings.  Thermostats should usually be set to this mode.
  • FAN ON - The fan operates continuously.
To adjust Fan Mode:

  1. Press "Menu"
  2. "Mode", "Fan", and "Support" should appear on the screen
  3. Press the silver down arrow until a black arrow appears in front of "Fan"
  4. Press the "Select" button. The current Fan mode "Auto" or "On" should highlight.  
  5. Press the silver down arrow to the desired mode.
  6. The revised fan mode is saved automatically.
  7. The new fan mode will reflect on the thermostat screen just to the left of the current indoor temperature.
