"Thermostat is Not Installed" message?

If you receive a message showing "Thermostat is Not Installed", follow these steps to try and solve the problem.
  1. Verify that your location is correct.
  2. If the thermostat is pending installation or the installation is currently in progress, please check your account after the thermostat is connected and installed.
  3. If the thermostat has recently been installed, wait five (5) minutes if your account has not yet updated.
